摘要
目的:建立不同产地扁担藤药材根、茎、叶的红外指纹图谱。方法:采用傅里叶红外光谱技术(FTIR)对10批不同产地的扁担藤的根、茎、叶进行分析,通过OMNIC仪器系统操作软件生成平均图谱,利用Spss19.0软件选取欧式距离平方和法作为样品的测度,对FTIR指纹图谱数据进行聚类分析。结果:获得10批不同产地扁担藤根、茎、叶红外指纹图谱,通过聚类分析得出扁担藤根的成分在不同地域的差异不大,茎和叶因为地域的不同而有较大影响,其中叶的影响最大。结论:根据红外光谱图来找出相对具有特征性的共有峰来进行聚类分析,结果稳定、可靠,可为中药材的鉴别及其质量评价提供了参考。
Objective:To establish the infrared fingerprint of Root,Stem and Leaf of Tetrastigma planicaule from different producing areas.Methods:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze Root,Stem and Leaf of Tetrastigma planicaule samples in 10 different producing areas,The average atlas was generated by OMNIC instrument system operation software,and the Euclidean distance square method was selected as the measure of samples by Spss 19.0 software.The FTIR fingerprint data were clustered and analyzed.Results:Ten batches of infrared fingerprints of the roots,stems and leaves of Alpinia communis from different habitats were obtained.Cluster analysis showed that the root composition of underground part of Alpinia officinalis had littledifference in different regions.The stem and leaf of aboveground part had great influence because of different regions,and the leaf had the greatest influence.Conclusion:In the experiment,common peaks with relative characteristics were found according to infraredspectra,and clustering analysis was carried out.The results were stable and comparative,which provided a basis for the identification and quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicines.
