摘要
神经根型颈椎病(CSR)是颈椎病常见的一种分型,主要是由于颈椎及其相关椎旁组织的退行性变,刺激或压迫颈神经根,引发以颈肩背部疼痛、颈部活动受限和上肢放射痛为主的临床症状。CSR逐渐呈现年轻化、职业化、普遍化趋势。祖国医学将CSR归属于“项痹”“颈筋骤”等范畴,其病因是多种致病因素共同作用,主要病机为“不通则痛”“不荣则痛”。而壮医作为少数民族医药的一条重要分支,是在黄帝内经十二经筋理论的指导下,结合壮医特色理论,采用“祛瘀调气、消灶解结”的治疗原则,形成具有地方特色、疗效显著的壮医重要诊疗方法。在长期医疗实践中壮医经筋疗法在CSR的诊治上有着简单便捷、疗效显著、适应症广、副作用小等特点,本文归纳整理近十年壮医经筋疗法治疗CSR的进展,为治疗CSR提供更多依据。
Cervical Spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)is a common type of cervical spondylosis,which is mainly due to the degeneration of the cervical vertebra and its related paraspinal tissues,stimulating or oppressing the cervical nerve root,leading to the main clinical symptoms of neck,shoulder and back pain,limited movement of the neck and radiation pain of the upper limb.CSR is becoming younger,more professional and more universal.Traditional Chinese medicine classifies CSR into the categories of“neck arthralgia”and“sudden cervical tendon arrest”.Its etiology is the joint action of a variety of pathogenic factors,and the main pathogenesis is“failure to pass or pain”.As an important branch of minority medicine,Zhuang medicine adopts the treatment principle of“removing blood stasis and regulating qi,eliminating focus and resolving knot”under the guidance of Huangdi’s theory of twelve meridians,combined with the theory of Zhuang medicine,to form an important diagnosis and treatment method of Zhuang medicine with local characteristics and remarkable curative effect.In the long-term medical practice,the meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine has the characteristics of simple and convenient,remarkable curative effect,wide indication and little side effect in the diagnosis and treatment of CSR.This paper summarizes the progress of meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of CSR in the past ten years,in order to provide more basis for the treatment of CSR.
