摘要
随着社会经济的发展,互联网作为一种新兴的科技信息手段,不仅跨时代地改变着我们的日常生活,同时也改变着商业格局。自"互联网+"战略制定以来,物业服务企业势必突破自我,改变传统的发展模式,将互联网融入日常管理,形成新型发展模式。本文以芜湖中梁皖江壹号院小区为例,分析其在"互联网+"背景下物业社区O2O平台的服务应用,探讨物业服务企业在此模式下面临的机遇与挑战,并提出相应的优化措施。
With the development of social economy,the Internet,as a new technology and information method,not only changes our daily life across the ages,but also changes the business patterns.Since Premier Li Keqiang proposed to formulate the"Internet+"strategy,property service companies are bound to break through themselves,change the traditional development model,integrate the Internet into daily management,and form a new development model.This paper takes Zhongliang Wanjiang No.1 Residential Complex in Wuhu City as a case,analyzes its application of Platform O2 O for the Property Community under the background of"Internet+",discusses the opportunities and challenges confronting property service companies in this mode,and proposes corresponding optimization measures to promote the development of the property community and raise the management level of property companies in Wuhu City.
