摘要
为保证油井动液面监测系统长期有效的运行,应用故障树分析法(FTA)对系统进行可靠性分析。根据该系统的构成以及影响系统的可靠性因素,建立故障树模型,通过定性分析,得到系统的最小割集为31组以及各个故障因素的结构重要度,通过定量分析计算得到系统的故障概率为9.28×10-5,证实了油井动液面监测系统可靠性较高。
In order to ensure the long-term and effective operation of the oil well fluid level monitoring system,the fault tree analysis method(FTA)is used to analyze the reliability of the system.According to the composition of the system and the factors affecting the reliability of the system,a fault tree model is established.Through qualitative analysis,the minimum cut set of the system is 31 groups and the structural importance of each fault factor is obtained.The failure probability of the system is calculated by quantitative analysis.9.28×10-5,which proves the high reliability of the oil well fluid level monitoring system.
