摘要
以工业废料木质素磺酸钠为主要原料,在碱性环境下与甲醛发生羟甲基化反应,引入具有较高反应活性的羟甲基,提高木质素磺酸钠的反应活性。通过单因素试验法,研究了碱用量、反应温度和反应时间对改性效果的影响。研究得出,反应产物的羟甲基含量随碱用量的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,随反应温度的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,随反应时间的增加呈先上升后趋于平缓的趋势。结果表明,最佳的反应条件为木质素磺酸钠、甲醛、溶剂的质量比为3∶1∶6,碱用量2%(相对于木质素磺酸钠的质量),反应温度80℃,反应时间3 h。经过羟甲基化改性的木质素磺酸钠活性基团量提高,能够扩大其使用范围。
This study uses industrial waste sodium lignosulfonate as the main raw material,and undergoes methylolation reaction with formaldehyde in an alkaline environment.The introduction of methylol groups with higher reactivity can improve the reactivity of sodium lignosulfonate..Through the single factor test method,the influence of alkali dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the modification effect was studied.The study concluded that the methylol content of the reaction product first increased and then decreased with the increase of the amount of alkali,first increased and then decreased with the increase of the reaction temperature,and increased first and then gradually decreased with the increase of the reaction time.trend.The results showed that the best reaction conditions were that the mass ratio of sodium lignosulfonate,formaldehyde,and solvent was 3∶1∶6,the amount of alkali was 2%(relative to the mass of sodium lignosulfonate),and the reaction temperature was 80℃.Time 3 h.The amount of active groups of sodium lignosulfonate modified by hydroxymethylation is increased,which can expand its use range.
