摘要
党的十九大报告提出要全面实施"乡村振兴"战略,有序推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态等方面的振兴。在乡村振兴的背景下,社会各界开始重新反思城市与乡村之间的关系,乡村建设与发展的视角、内容、形式等均发生着转变。由政府、企业、专家、社区精英等多种主体引导或参与的乡村建设活动日益频繁,艺术家或艺术团队也通过人居环境改造、驻场社会实践、引导艺术产业发展等方式积极参与乡村的建设与发展,多种形式的"艺术介入乡村"实践活动与项目正在我国广大乡村轰轰烈烈地开展着。近年来,以乡村振兴和美丽乡村为目标的公共艺术实践如雨后春笋般涌现,并在活动举行、政策推进及理念深化等方面都取得了一系列的进展。文章将择要讨论分析,尝试对乡村振兴背景下美丽乡村和公共艺术的互融式发展做粗浅的探讨。
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively implement the strategy of"Rural Revitalization"and orderly promote the revitalization of rural industry,talents,culture,ecology and other aspects.Under the background of rural revitalization,all sectors of society in our country have begun to rethink the relationship between the cities and the rural areas,and the perspective,content and form of rural construction and development are changing.There are more and more rural construction activities guided or participated in by various entities such as the government,enterprises,experts and community elites.Artists or art associations are also actively involved in the construction and development of rural areas through the transformation of living environment,on-site social practice and guiding the development of art industry.Various forms of"art intervention"practice activities and projects are carried out vigorously in the vast rural areas in our country.In recent years,public art practices aiming at rural revitalization and beautiful countryside have sprung up.They have made a series of progress in activities organization,policy promotion and concept deepening.This paper will discuss and analyze the selected topics,and conduct an in-depth exploration of the integrated development of beautiful countryside and public art under the background of rural revitalization.
