According to an announcement published by Rising Nonferrous Metals on January 9,Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co.,Ltd.("Rising Company"),the controlling shareholder of Rising Nonferrous Metals,proposed to transfer its 129 million shares(42.87%of total shares)in Rising Nonferrous Metals to Guangdong Rare Earth Group Co.,Ltd.(“Guangdong Rare Earth Group”)free of charge.
