At the beginning of February,the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Strategic Prospecting Action“the 14th Five-Year Plan”Implementation Scheme was issued(referred to as Implementation Scheme below),which promotes the strategic cooperation agreement between People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and China Geological Survey and carries out the requirements from national government on a new round of breakthrough prospecting action.Implementation Scheme was f ormulated and printed by Department of Natural Resources,Development and Reform Commission,Department of Science and Technology,Department of Industry and Information Technology and Department of Finance of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
