The year 2020 coincides with the 250th anniversary of the birth of German composer Ludwig von Beethoven.To help create a livable city and a high-level business environment in Shenyang,Liaoning province,and further enhance the friendship between China and Germany,the Shenyang People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries held the"Love in Shenyang"Beethoven Music Appreciation Concert & China-Germany International Friendship Day in Shenyang on Sept 27.
