摘要
以运气学说为基础,从五运、六气、客主加临等六步之气分析2020年运气特点,发现三之气火热过胜,易出现寒气来复,五之气秋行夏令,易出现温病。同时根据陈言的运气学说立方,为临床辨证治疗提供思路。
Based on the the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,by analyzing the clinical characteristics of climate in 2020 from five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors.The author found that the three qi will extreme heat generating cold,and the weather of five qi in autumn is as hot as in summer.It is easy to appear febrile diseases.According to the Chen Yan’s prescription,which may provide us with reference and new idea in clinical practice.
