瑶药材广东石豆兰生药学研究

摘要 目的:对瑶医常用药材广东石豆兰进行生药学研究。方法:结合文献和实验,从药理、毒理、性状鉴别、薄层色谱、水分测定、灰分测定、浸出物测定等方面进行研究。结果:获得广东石豆兰的化学成分、药理作用、毒性、性状、薄层色谱、水分、灰分、浸出物等数据。结论:比较全面地提供了广东石豆兰的生药学资料,为该药材的进一步研究奠定了基础。 Objective:To conduct pharmacognostic study on Bulbophyllum kwangtungense Schltr.,one of the commonly used medicinal drugs in Yao medicine.Methods:Research was done from the perspective of pharmacology,toxicology,trait identification,thin-layer chromatography(TLC),as well as determination of moisture,ashes and extracts,using literature consultation and experiments.Results:Data in respect of chemistry,pharmacological action,toxicity,traits,TLC,and the contents of moisture,ashes,and extracts were obtained for Bulbophyllum kwangtungense.Conclusion:This paper provides comprehensive pharamcognostic research data of that drug,which can be used as a foundation for further studies.
