MDMB-4en-PINACA等五种合成大麻素的检验

摘要 目的建立一种能够同时检测的多种合成大麻素的检验方法。方法采用Agilent 5975C型气相色谱串联质谱和Agilent 6465B型超高效液相色谱串联质谱两种方法进行检验。结果建立的气质方法和超高效液质方法均能够准确的对同一检材中的MDMB-4en-PINACA、5-fluoro EMB-PICA、4-cyano CUMYL-BUTINACA、4F-ABUTINACA和4-fluoro MDMB-BUTICA这五种合成大麻素进行定性分析。检出物质与标准品保留时间、离子碎片一致。结论本文介绍的实验方法具有快捷灵敏、准确可靠的特点,适用于类似案件中合成大麻素类新型毒品的检验鉴定。 Objective This study aims to establish a rapid,sensitive,and accurate method for detecting five novel synthetic cannabinoids in suspected samples.Methods Agilent 5975C gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and Agilent 6465B ultra-high liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS)were used.Results Both the GC-MS and UHPLC-MS methods successfully and accurately identified the presence of the five novel synthetic cannabinoids in the same sample.The synthetic cannabinoids named MDMB-4en-PINACA,5-fluoro EMB-PICA,4-cyano CUMYL-BUTINACA,4F-ABUTINACA,and 4-fluoro MDMB-BUTICA.Conclusion The method described a rapid,sensitive and accurate,and reliable approach for the identification of synthetic cannabinoids in novel drugs involving into narcotic-abusing cases.
