摘要
为了探索橡胶炭黑填充量和Yeoh模型参数的关联,提出一种利用聚类分析对不同填充量参数的分类方法。本方法基于三参数Yeoh模型拟合炭黑填充橡胶的单轴拉伸应力应变曲线,从而得到3个准确描述力学性能的参数C10、C20和C30。利用聚类的方法对参数进行无监督分类,聚类数设置为3~8,以探究不同类别对结果的影响。结果表明,所有类别的准确率均在60%以上,其中聚5类时填充分数划分最均匀,准确率达到84%,验证了利用聚类分析模型参数对不同炭黑填充量分类方法的可行性,即已知炭黑填量时就能够预测本构模型参数,给出相应的应力应变曲线。
In order to explore the correlation between carbon black filling amount and Yeoh model parameters,this paper proposes a classification method of different filling amounts by cluster analysis.Based on the three-parameter Yeoh model,the uniaxial tensile stress-strain curves of carbon black filled rubbers are fitted,and three parameters C10,C20 and C30 are obtained.The cluster method is used to classify the parameters unsupervised,and the number of clusters is set at 3~8 to explore the influence of different categories on the results.The results show that the accuracy of all categories is above 60%,and the filling fraction is the most uniform when clustering into five categories,and the accuracy rate is up to 84%.The feasibility of using cluster analysis to classify different carbon black filling amounts is verified,and the parameters of the constitutive model can be predicted and the corresponding stress-strain curve can be obtained when the carbon black content is fixed.
