摘要
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法和旋涂烧结工艺把钙钛矿结构的锰酸镧光催化剂制备成薄膜。制备锰酸镧薄膜后,采用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)等测试手段检测薄膜的晶体结构、显微形貌和光催化性能。
In this paper,a perovskite-structured:lanthanum manganate photocatalyst was prepared into a thin film by using sol-gel method and a spin-coating sintering process.After preparing the lanthanum manganate film,the crystal structure,microstructure and photocatalytic properties of the film were studied by the method of XRD and BET.
