摘要
目的了解北京市通州区近3年老年人群伤害病例的分布情况,为制定相应预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法选取2016年1月1日至2018年12月31日通州区公立医疗机构首诊的60岁及以上老年伤害病例作为研究对象,通过医院急诊伤害监测系统收集相关伤害数据,描述老年人伤害的发生情况。结果本研究分别纳入2016—2018年通州区伤害哨点医院接诊的60岁及以上老年伤害首诊病例10543例、12410例、11645例,年均11533例。3年间伤害发生病例主要均集中在60~69岁,构成比接近65%,其中2016、2017年分别为64.71%和67.72%,2018年为64.91%。伤害发生的原因以跌倒/坠落为首,主要发生在家中、其次为公路/道路,伤害的发生主要集中在做家务、休闲和生命活动过程中,绝大部分为非故意(95%左右)。老年人伤害发生的性质构成占比前3位主要为:锐器伤/咬伤/开放伤,挫伤/擦伤和扭伤/拉伤;伤害发生部位构成以上、下肢为多,伤害程度多为轻度,94%以上的患者经处理后离院。结论跌倒/坠落为本地区老年人发生伤害的主要原因,家中和公路/街道是伤害发生的主要场所。
Objective To understand the distribution of injury cases in the elderly in Tongzhou District of Beijing in recent three years,and provide reference for the formulation of injury prevention and control strategies for the elderly.Methods Taking the elderly injury cases aged 60 and above in public medical institutions in Tongzhou District from January 1,2016 to December 31,2018 as the research object,relevant injury data were collected through the hospital emergency injury monitoring system to describe the occurrence of elderly injuries.Results In this study,10543 cases,12410 cases and11645 cases of first diagnosis of injury in Tongzhou District injury sentinel hospital from 2016 to2018 were included,with an average annual average of 11533 cases.The injury cases in the three years were mainly concentrated between 60 and 69 years old,with a constituent ratio of nearly 65%,of which 64.71%in 2016 and 64.72%in 2017 and 64.91%in 2018.The main causes of injuries were falling,mainly at home,followed by roads.The injuries mainly occurred in the process of housework,leisure and life activities,most of which were unintentional(about 95%).The top three types of injuries in the elderly were sharp instrument injury/bite/open injury,contusion/abrasion and sprain/strain.Most of the injuries occurred in the upper and lower limbs,and the degree of injury was mild.More than 94%of the patients left the hospital after treatment.Conclusion Falling is the main cause of injury for the elderly in this area,and home and road/street are the main places of injury.
