摘要
‘北华2号’是中熟鲜食加工兼用型蓝靛果忍冬新品种。平均单果质量1.05g,果实长径1.84cm,短径1.17cm。果肉酸甜,带有草莓香味,总糖含量3.29%,还原糖含量2.33%,酸度1.02%,维生素C含量0.19 mg·g^-1,维生素B1含量2.1μg·g^-1,原花青素含量3.09 mg·g^-1,花青素清除DPPH的清除率97.68%,出汁率68.2%。6月中旬果实成熟,产量为3490 kg·hm^-2。具有抗寒、抗早春霜冻、抗病虫害、丰产的优点,适宜吉林省东部长白山区栽培。
Lonicera caerulea‘Beihua 2’is a new mid ripening cultivar for table and processing use.The single fruit weighs 1.05 g,1.84 cm long,with a short diameter of 1.17 cm.The flesh is sweet and sour,with an aroma of strawberries.The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar are 3.29%and 2.33%with acidity 1.02%,vitamin C content 0.19 mg·g^-1,vitamin B1 content 2.1μg·g^-1,proanthocyanin content 3.09 mg·g^-1,anthocyanin scavenging DPPH clearance rate 97.68%,juice yield 68.2%.The yield is 3490 kg·hm^-2.The fruit matures in the middle June in Changbai Mountain.It has resistances to coldness,early spring frost,pests and diseases.It is suitable for cultivation in the Changbai Mountain area in Eastern of Jilin Province.
