摘要
‘红珊瑚’是以商业种‘Mondai’为母本,通过系统选育而成的莴苣新品种。其株型半直立,较松散,平均株高35.5 cm,株幅38.1 cm,叶片深红色,叶阔菱形,叶缘波状程度中等,叶裂刻深,中等厚度,早熟。平均单株质量0.31 kg,产量2.6×104 kg·hm^(-2)。口感绵软,营养成分丰富,其中多酚含量为5.0 g·kg^(-1),山莴苣苦素1.679μg·g^(-1),山莴苣素0.025μg·g^(-1),类黄酮1.54μg·cm^(-2),抗霜霉病。适合长三角中下游地区秋冬或冬春季栽培。
‘Hongshanhu’is a new lettuce cultivar selected through systematic breeding with the commercial cultivar‘Mondai’as the female parent.The plant type is semi erect and loose,which the height is 35.5 cm and the width is 38.1 cm.The leaves are dark red and soft in taste.The shape of the leaves is triangular,the wavy degree of the leaf edge is medium,the thickness of the leaves is medium,the leaf crack is deep and precocious.The average weight of per plant is 0.31 kg,and the yield is 2.6×104 kg·hm^(-2).It is rich in nutrients,which the content of polyphenols is 5.0 g·kg^(-1),lactucopicrin is 1.679μg·g^(-1),lactucin is 0.025μg·g^(-1) and flavonoid is 1.54μg·cm^(-2).It is resistance to downy mildew.It is suitable for cultivation in autumn and winter or spring in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Delta.
