摘要
‘皖茶10号’是从安徽省潜山市茶树地方群体种中通过系统选育而成的新品种。属灌木型,中叶类,中生种。春季一芽一叶期为4月上旬,一芽二叶期为4月上中旬;芽叶颜色黄绿色,持嫩性较强;一芽三叶百芽质量58.3 g。春季一芽二叶蒸青样水浸出物47.3%,茶多酚19.2%,游离氨基酸4.2%,咖啡碱3.8%。制绿茶香气品质突出。适宜在安徽省安庆市及其气候相近的江南、江北茶区种植。
‘Wancha 10’is a novel cultivar that has been systematically selected and bred from the local group species of tea tree in Qianshan City,Anhui Province.It is a shrubby species with medium-sized leaves and middle sprouting habits.The period of one-bud and one-leaf stage is early April,and the one-bud and two-leaf stage is from the first half of April.The color of the leaves is yellowish green,and they have strong tenderness.The weight of 100 one bud and three leaves is 58.3 g.The steamed green tea sample of spring one bud and two leaves had 47.3%water leachate,19.2%tea polyphenols,4.2%free amino acids and 3.8%caffeine.The resulting green tea exudes an outstanding aroma.It is suitable for planting in Anqing City,Anhui Province and its climate similar Jiangnan and Jiangbei tea areas.
