摘要
坚持和完善党委领导下的校长负责制,对于高校坚持社会主义办学方向具有非常重要的作用。本文指出了切实落实党委领导下的校长负责制必须要加强领导班子的思想建设,高校党组织要着力贯彻落实党的民主集中制,切实改进和完善高校议事决策制度和监督制度。
It is very important for colleges and universities to adhere to the Socialist Direction of running schools to uphold and improve the system of president’s responsibility under the leadership of the Party Committee.This paper points out that to uphold and improve the system of president responsibility under the leadership of the Party Committee,we must strengthen the ideological construction of the leading group,and the Party organizations in colleges and universities should make great efforts to carry out the party’s democratic centralism improving and perfecting the system of deliberation and decision-making and supervision in colleges and universities.
