摘要
准确把握群体性事件发生的原因,是科学防范和正确处置群体性事件的前提条件。尽管群体性事件诱发的原因错综复杂,但究其根本都与社会治理不善有重大关联。为此,本文在探究群体性事件发生原因的基础上,提出通过创新社会治理防控群体性事件的具体对策。
Accurately understanding the causes of mass incident is a prerequisite to prevent scientifically and dispose correctly. Although, the causes induced by mass incident are intricate, they are all fundamentally related to poor social governance. For this reason, based on exploring the causes of mass incident, this paper proposes specific countermeasures for preventing and controlling mass incident by innovating social governance.
