摘要
新冠肺炎疫情,是近年来少见的重大公共突发事件,抗击疫情的过程也是对各地政府治理水平的一次集中展示。在舆情工作方面,很多领导干部表现出缺乏媒介素养的问题,对移动互联网传播方式缺乏认知,导致影响救援工作进度,损害党和政府形象。本文将各地政府在疫情中的舆情表现结合媒介素养理论,从掌握传播规律、完善法律法规、完善制度建设等方面,详述领导干部提升媒介素养的现实对策。
The battle against the COVID-19 is a rare public emergency in recent years.It is also a centralized display of the governance level of local governments.In public opinion work,many leading cadres show a lack of media literacy,lack of awareness of the way of mobile Internet communication,which leads to the impact of rescue work progress and damage the image of the party and the government.This paper combined the public opinion of local governments in the epidemic situation with the media literacy theory,and detailed the practical countermeasures for leading cadres to improve the media literacy from the aspects of mastering the law of communication,improving laws and regulations,improving the system construction,and so on.
