摘要
随着数字化时代的到来,长期档案管理面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇,特别是在保持档案的完整性、可访问性和安全性方面。通过文献综述和案例分析的方法,深入探讨和调查文献资料,当前长期档案数字化管理中存在着一些主要的问题,例如技术过时、数据腐败以及安全隐患等。研究发现,虽然技术进步为档案的数字化保存提供了新的解决方案,但同时也带来了新的挑战,如持久性存储的需求、格式兼容性等问题。针对这些问题,提出了一系列针对性和创新性策略和建议,包括采用开放标准格式、实施定期数据迁移和加强档案安全管理等,以期为长期档案的有效数字化管理提供指导和参考。
