摘要
本文结合北京市灾害风险普查有关经验成果,考虑应急避难场所管理现状和存在问题,分析出现原因并针对应急避难场所管理质量控制提出建议,为北京市应急避难场所规划,提升灾难事故应急处置能力水平,促进各方资源有机整合等工作提供参考。
Based on the relevant experience and results of the first national disaster survey program in Beijing,this paper considers the management status and existing problems of emergency shelters in Beijing,analyzes the causes and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures to emergency shelter quality control,referring to the integration of resources and other work.
