水力压裂暂堵转向栓塞体渗透性评价装置研究 被引量:1

摘要 暂堵转向压裂技术已成为致密油气藏形成高导流能力复杂缝网以及老井重复改造重要增产措施之一。前人已对暂堵剂在裂缝中承压规律及铺置形态进行了研究,但对暂堵剂栓塞体渗透性研究较少。文章自主设计和制造了一种可调缝孔的栓塞体渗透性评价装置,探究不同种类暂堵剂在封堵过程中对不同大小孔隙的封堵及承压规律;通过微观观察栓塞体形态,探究暂堵剂的运移及聚集规律,为暂堵剂性能、暂堵转向等研究提供实验参考。实验研究结果表明,良好封堵性能的暂堵栓塞体必须具有较低的渗透率,才能确保暂堵转向压裂液开启有效裂缝;组合暂堵剂与粉末暂堵剂形成了承压性能良好的暂堵栓塞体,而颗粒暂堵剂未能形成可承压的暂堵栓塞体;组合暂堵剂对中孔径模拟缝孔的封堵能力更强,而粉末暂堵剂对小孔径模拟缝孔的封堵能力更强;通过栓塞体形态观察可知组合暂堵剂聚集形态较为松散,而粉末暂堵剂聚集形态比较紧实,这是影响暂堵栓塞体形成长度主要原因。 Temporary plugging and diversion fracturing technology has become one of the important stimulation measures to form complex fracture networks with high conductivity and repeat reconstruction of old wells in tight reservoirs.The pressure law and placement morphology of temporary plugging agent in cracks have been studied by predecessors,but there are few studies on the permeability of plugging agent embolism body.In this paper,an evaluation device for the permeability of the embolism body with adjustable joint hole is designed and manufactured independently to explore the plugging and pressure law of different size pores by different kinds of temporary plugging agents in the plugging process.By observing the morphology of embolism body,the migration and aggregation of temporary plugging agent were studied,which provided experimental reference for the study of the performance of temporary plugging agent and the diversion of temporary plugging agent.The experimental results show that the temporary plugging embolism body with good plugging performance must have a low permeability so as to ensure that the temporary plugging can turn the fracturing fluid to open effective fractures.The combined temporary plugging agent and powder temporary plugging agent formed the temporary plugging embolism body with good pressure performance,while the granular temporary plugging agent failed to form a pressure-bearing temporary plugging embolism body.The combined temporary plugging agent has better plugging ability to the middle-diameter simulated cracks,while the powder temporary plugging agent has better plugging ability to small-diameter simulated cracks.Through the observation of embolism body morphology,it is known that the aggregation form of the combined temporary plugging agent is relatively loose,while the aggregation form of the powder temporary plugging agent is relatively compact,which is the main reason affecting the formation length of the temporary plugging embolism body.
