摘要
1960年代,国际学术组织"罗马俱乐部"提出的"全球问题框架"虽曾给人以深深的警醒,但在当时世界整体的工业化浪潮方兴未艾,环境污染严重的形势下,人们的关注点主要集中在自然生态环境危机上。几十年过去了,原本的生态概念已经逐渐从"自然"拓展到"社会",生态治理的视域也得以拓展,成为一个兼及自然、社会乃至生产的复合系统。在特定的生态美学视角下,我国的乡村振兴,也必须与时俱进,注重系统思维,改变通常单向度从产业熔铸切入而忽视其他的做法。由是观之,乡村生态文明就不仅仅是经济视角下的青山绿水治理、维护和管控,而且是涉及社会整体发展的系统方略,其中,包括乡村文化审美价值的认知及启蒙、乡村社会架构的审美化重塑和调整。本文在文献研究的基础上,结合崇明世界级生态岛的发展定位以及湖州荻港古村的保护、利用和开发,尝试对生态美学视角下有关乡村振兴的路径提出一些建设性想法,以求推进生态文明进入新时代。
In the 1960s,the"global problem framework"proposed by the Club of Rome,an international academic organization,gave people a deep alert.But at that time,because the world was in the overall industrialization wave,whose by-products were environmental pollution,people’s focus was mainly on the natural ecological crisis.After several decades,the meaning of ecology has gradually expanded from"natural"to"social".The vision of ecological governance has also been expanded to be a composite system that combines nature,society and even production.From a specific Eco-Aesthetics perspective,China’s rural revitalization also must advance with the times,pay attention to system thinking,and change the usual oneway practices which place importance on industry but ignoring others.So,the rural ecological civilization is not only the governance,maintenance and control of the lucid waters and lush mountains in economic perspective,but also a systematic strategy involving the overall development of the society,including the rural cultural value’s cognition and enlightenment of the rural social structure’s remodeling and adjustment.Based on the literature research,combined with the development orientation of Chongming World-Class Eco-Island and the protection,utilization and development of Huzhou Digang,this paper attempts to put forward some constructive ideas on the path of rural revitalization from the perspective of Eco-Aesthetics perspective,in order to help promote a new era of ecological civilization.
