摘要
基于视觉的电敏保护设备(vision based ESPE)广泛应用于机械装备安全防护领域,为明确其自身功能与外界环境的要求,本文基于IEC 61496系列标准对采用视觉保护装置的电敏保护设备的验证试验进行了解读分析,主要包括型式试验、功能试验、环境试验等方面。得到了基于视觉的电敏保护设备试验验证的具体要求,为其生产与制造提供了建议与参考。
Vision-based electro-sensitive protective equipment(ESPE)is widely used in the field of mechanical equipment safety protection.To clarify the requirements of the functions and external environment of ESPE,this paper analyzes the verification test of vision-based ESPE based on IEC 61496,mainly including type test,function test,environmental test,etc.The specific requirements for the test and verification of the vision based ESPE are obtained to provide suggestions and references for its production and manufacture.
