降低非生产性物料积压库存资金

摘要 南京海陵药业是集科研、生产、营销于一体的国家高新技术企业,目前多个一致性项目同步开展。在"4+7"带量采购的背景下,成本是药企"一致性"研究药物能否中标的重要因素之一。减少积压物料库存,盘活呆滞物料,提高物料利用率,成为了仓库管控成本的重点。积压物料的管理及占用资金占比日益成为行业内的痛点,积压物料的金额日益增多,对积压物料的管控也提出了更高的要求。同时通过积压物料管理制度、库区分类管理、库存情况清晰化促使积压库存资金的降低。 Nanjing Hailing Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD is a national high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research,production and marketing.At present,many projects are carried out simultaneously.In the background of"4+7"belt purchase,drug cost is one of the important factors for pharmaceutical enterprises to win a bid.The cost control of warehouse shall focus on reducing overstock,revitalizing sluggish materials and improving material utilization rate.The management of overstocked materials and the proportion of occupied capital have become the pain points in the industry.The amount of overstocked materials is increasing day by day,and the control of overstocked materials has also put forward higher requirements.But the backlog of inventory funds can be reduced through the backlog management system,storage area classification management,and clearing inventory.
