摘要
随着我国农业现代化水平的提升,农业生产资料(农资)投入加大,农资废弃物大量产生,由农资废弃物导致的环境污染、食品安全和人体健康问题日益突出,农资废弃物治理刻不容缓。标准化是我国应对农资废弃物管理的重要举措。本文从农资废弃物的污染现状出发,在梳理和归纳近些年我国农资废弃物管理的相关法律法规、政策、规划及标准的基础上,提出了我国农资废弃物管理政策与回收利用标准化建议,以期从资源回收利用标准化角度为我国农资废弃物的管理工作提供参考。
With the development of the agricultural modernization,the amount of agriculture means of production investment increased,which resulted in sharp increase on their waste.The big amount of agriculture means of production waste brings in environment pollution,food safety and human health problems,which means the treatment and disposal of the agriculture means of production waste is necessary and urgent.Standardization is one of most important measure for management on agriculture means of production waste in China.Therefore,starting from the current pollution status of agriculture means of production waste,this paper summarizes the relevant laws,regulations,policies,planning and standards on agriculture means of production waste management in recent years,and puts forward suggestions on agriculture means of production management policies and recycling standardization in order to provide reference for the management of agriculture means of production waste from the perspective of resource recycling standardization.
