摘要
目的:实验将针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期的患者应用清肺扶正汤、西药标准化治疗方案,进一步提升治疗疗效,让患者满意。方法:实验选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者作为调研的主体,选取了2019年11月~2020年9月收治的76例患者,通过随机数字表设计方案完成分组。对照组患者采用常规治疗措施,观察组则为清肺扶正汤、西药标准化治疗方案,分析组间差异性。结果:从治疗看,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.11%,对照组为84.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者的肺功能指标改善结果优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用清肺扶正汤、西药标准化治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期的患者,可在一定程度上提升治疗疗效,为患者的病情管理提供有效措施,可推广应用。
Objective:This study applied Qingfei Fuzheng Decoction and standardized Western medicine treatment protocol for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission stage,so as to further improve the therapeutic effect.Methods:Seventy-six patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission stage were selected from November 2019 to September 2020,and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Qingfei Fuzheng Decoction and standardized western medicine treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.11%,and that of the control group was 84.21%.,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In addition,the improvement of lung function indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Fuzheng Decoction and standardized Western medicine treatment can improve the therapeutic effect on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission stage to a certain extent,and provide effective measures for patients’condition management,which can be popularized and applied.
