摘要
本文根据北京市新能源和可再生能源资源禀赋及利用特点,按照太阳能、地热能、生物质能、水能、风能、氢能6类品种,从资源调查、技术应用、设备部件、施工安装、运行维护、安全管理等方面进行全面梳理、调研、分析,编制了标准体系结构图。在此基础上,提出了近期需要制定的新能源和可再生能源标准建议以及标准建设方向,为北京市新能源和可再生能源发展提供了支撑。
According to the natural resources and utilization characteristics of new energy and renewable energy in Beijing,they are divided into 7 categories:solar energy,geothermal energy,biomass energy,hydropower,wind energy,and hydrogen energy.According to a survey,the paper analyzes the aspects of resource investigation,technology application,equipment components,construction and installation,operation and maintenance,and safety management,to develop a standards system architecture diagram.On the basis of this,it puts forward directional suggestions for the further revision of the standards system,providing support for the development of new energy and renewable energy in Beijing.
