摘要
2020年9月22日,习近平总书记在第七十五届联合国大会一般性辩论上宣布,中国将采取更加有力的政策和措施,二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和。2021年3月1日,国家电网公司发布的碳达峰、碳中和行动方案中指出,电能占终端能源消费比重达到27%左右,而家用电器是居民能源消耗的第二大来源,占住宅总能耗的20%以上(供暖后),占居民碳排放的30%。由于以前技术的制约,目前的低碳、碳足迹等标准中,很少涉及用户使用过程中的节能、低碳等内容,而智能家电利用物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术,可以在用户使用的过程中,推荐、推送节能、低碳等策略,实现使用过程中的节能、低碳等。为此,本文以智能家电的碳达峰、碳中和实施路径为研究对象,重点论述智能家电的碳达峰、碳中和应用标准的探索和实践。
On September 22,2020,Chinese President Xi Jinping announced in the general debate of the Seventy-Fifth UN General Assembly that China would adopt more effective policies and measures to achieve the peak of carbon dioxide emissions by 2030,and strive to achieve carbon neutralization by 2060.On March 1,2021,the State Grid Corporation of China issued the action plan of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.It stated that electric energy accounts for about 27%of the terminal energy consumption,and household appliances are the second largest source of energy consumption for residents,accounting for more than 20%of the total residential energy consumption(after heating)and 30%of the residents’carbon emissions.Restricted by the previous technology,the current low-carbon,carbon footprint and other standards rarely involve the content of energy saving and low-carbon in the use process of users,while smart home appliances use the Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies to recommend energy saving and low-carbon strategies for users.For this reason,this paper focuses on the exploration and practice of the application standards of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization of smart home appliances,by investigating the implementation path of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization of smart home appliances.
