摘要
教育标准化是标准化工作的重要内容,直接关系到教育事业的可持续发展,对个人发展与社会进步产生了重要影响。标准化教育即标准化人才培养是教育标准化的基础,更是成人高等教育标准化成败的关键。本文深度探讨了成人高等教育标准化人才的数量、结构、质量三个方面在标准化人才培养中存在的问题及原因,提出了成人高等教育标准化人才培养的实施路径。
Education standardization,an important part of standardization work,is directly related to the sustainable development of education and has an important impact on individual development and social progress.The training of standardization talent,is the foundation of educational standardization and the key to the success of adult higher education standardization.This paper discusses the problems and causes in the process of standardization talent training from the aspects of the quantity,structure and quality of standardization talent training in adult higher education,and then puts forward the implementation path of training standardization talent.
