摘要
本文根据海事系统内河巡逻船配置标准研究的需求,对《海事船舶配备管理规定(试行)》在新时期的适用性进行了研究,从调整系数和巡逻船平均主机运转时间两个方向提出巡逻船配置标准计算方法,形成海事系统内河巡逻船配备标准建议,可用于新建海事机构测算巡逻船配置标准和已有海事机构调整巡逻船配置总量。
According to the allocation requirements of inland patrol vessels in the maritime system,this paper studies the applicability of the"Regulations on the Allocation of the Maritime Vessels(Trial)"in the new period,and puts forward the calculation method of patrol vessels allocation standard in terms of adjustment coefficient and average main engine running time of patrol vessels,and forms an allocation standard proposal for inland patrol vessels in the maritime system.It can be used to calculate the newly built patrol vessels allocation standard and adjust the total amount of existing patrol vessels allocation of maritime organizations.
