摘要
嘉兴在长三角区域一体化国家战略中,利用地处长三角核心区域的地域优势,以制订一体化事项清单、开通一体化线上服务、设立一体化通办专窗、开辟一体化服务专区等为抓手,健全一体化工作机制,先行先试,为长三角政务服务一体化提供了阶段性经验。针对推进过程面临的因区域不同,而造成的制度政策、办理标准和数据共享等方面的差异和问题,提出进一步梳理标准化高频通办政务事项、推进地区间电子证照共享互认、打造智能化一网通办服务平台和探索委托式异地授权审批模式的对策建议,为纵深推进长三角政务服务一体化提出思路。
Jiaxing city,located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta,explores how to integrate the government administrative services,such as making a list of integration services,opening online services for integration,setting up special windows to deal with integration matters and opening up special areas for integration.During the process,it has accumulated related experiences in dealing with different situations,such as differences in systems and policies,in management standards and data sharing.Based on these,it puts forward some concrete suggestions like categorizing standardized government administration affairs,promoting the co-recognition and co-sharing of electronic pictures among different regions,building intelligent website platform for all related matters,exploring the examining and approving mode which is conducted in other cities.All these explorations and considerations serve as inspirations for the in-depth development of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
