摘要
长江三角洲区域一体化上升为国家战略后,应以法律一体化为抓手,在立法、执法、司法保护方面加强一体化合作,为长三角一体化国家战略提供法律保障。
The integration of the Yangtze River Delta has been listed as national strategy.This paper suggests that legislation integration,which focuses on the integration of law making,law enforcement and judicial protection,should be promoted to provide legal assurance for the implementation of the national strategy.
