摘要
集成电路产业是重要的战略性产业,在"双循环"新发展格局的形成过程中具有重要意义。该文全面分析了集成电路产业发展的趋势与特点,提出了"双循环"新发展格局下中国集成电路产业发展的任务与要求,并指出中国的集成电路产业在发展过程中存在着产业竞争力不强、协同性不高、集聚性不显著以及市场支撑力较弱等问题。文章的最后针对全球集成电路产业的发展趋势以及中国存在的问题,从技术创新、市场开拓、资金支持以及配套支撑等方面提出了中国集成电路产业加快融合"双循环"新发展格局的路径分析。
Integrated circuit industry is a crucial strategic industry and plays a vital role in the formation of the"dual circulation"development pattern.This paper,with a thorough analysis of the trends and characteristics of the development of integrated circuit industry,points out the tasks and requirements it faces in the new development pattern.Meanwhile,it also pinpoints the challenges the industry confronts,such as weak competitiveness,low coordination ability,insignificant agglomeration and weak market support.In consideration of these problems and China’s current situation,the paper concludes with a path analysis which intends to quicken the integrated circuit industry’s integration into the"dual circulation"development pattern from the aspects of technological innovation,market expansion,fund support and support infrastructure.
