摘要
为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记在推进南水北调后续工程高质量发展座谈会上的重要讲话精神,2021年7月,致公党中央在京举办"南水北调"专题座谈会。结合座谈会情况,建议从以下方面协调推进南水北调工程整体实施:加强规划,科学确定调水总量,强化生态保护,确保南水北调的可持续性;加强管控,保障水的运输安全,确保一渠清水向北流;加强引导,形成合力,协调推进南水北调工程。
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on promoting high-quality development of the follow-up project of the South-to-North Water Diversion project,the Central Committee of China Zhi Gong Party held a forum on the South-to-North Water Diversion project in Beijing in July 2021.Based on the forum,it is suggested to coordinate the overall implementation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project from the following aspects:strengthen planning,scientifically determine the total amount of water transfer,strengthen ecological protection,and ensure the sustainability of south-to-north water transfer;strengthen control,and ensure the safety of water transportation to ensure that clean water flows north;strengthen guidance and form synergy to coordinate the South-to-North Water Diversion project.
