摘要 本文通过对某核电机组热电偶机械密封泄漏缺陷原因分析,找出可能导致机械密封结构失效的具体原因。同时,根据热电偶机械密封结构特点和安装过程中的风险点,采取相应的安装优化措施与对策。经优化,秦山核电基地未发生过热电偶机械密封失效的情况,有效保障了电厂的核安全性与经济效益。 This paper analyzes the leakage defects of thermocouple mechanical seal in a nuclear power unit and finds out the specific reasons that may lead to the failure of mechanical seal structure.In addition,according to the structural characteristics of the thermocouple mechanical seal and the risk points in the installation process,the corresponding installation optimization measures and countermeasures are taken.After optimization,the failure of the mechanical seal of the thermocouple has not occurred in Qinshan nuclear power base,which effectively guarantees the nuclear safety and economic benefits of the power plant.
