“华龙一号”环吊环梁及环轨整体吊装工艺在国内核电的首次应用与优化

摘要 基于开顶施工,文章主要阐述了国内核电厂首次应用环吊环梁及环轨采用整体吊装技术,避免了重复调整的步骤,规避了大量的高处作业,在保证质量要求的前提下,提高安装过程安全性,缩短了安装周期。本文主要阐述国内核电首次运用环吊环梁及环轨整体吊装工艺运用的前期准备、组装工作实施、调整垫板一次加工成型技术运用、精准就位方面进行分析,整体吊装在工期优化,提高作业安全性方面取得了显著成效。整体吊装的工艺方法可适用于在建核电工程“华龙一号”机组,也为其他堆型机组提供安装借鉴。 Based on the roof opening construction,the article mainly describes the first application of the overall lifting technique for the ring beam and ring rail of the circular crane in domestic nuclear power plants,which avoids repeated adjustment steps,avoids a large number of high altitude operations,improves the safety in the installation process and shortens the installation period while ensuring the quality requirements.This paper mainly describes the preliminary preparation,assembly work implementation,application of one-step processing and forming technique for adjusting the base plate,and accurate positioning of the first application of the integral lifting technique for the ring beam and ring rail of the circular crane in domestic nuclear power plants.The overall lifting has achieved remarkable results in terms of optimizing the construction period and improving the operation safety.
