摘要
根据高温气冷堆对电缆贯穿安全壳的功能需求,结合高温气冷堆的特殊环境条件和电缆传输类型,通过采用技术成熟度评价方法,开展关键技术识别和研究,研制了一种适用于高温、高辐照环境以及紧凑空间下的电气贯穿件。重点介绍了总体结构设计、屏蔽和隔热组件三大关键技术,并通过开展鉴定试验对其性能指标进行验证。鉴定试验结果表明高温气冷堆电气贯穿件能够满足在预期鉴定合格寿命内,正常运行和事故工况下的功能要求。
Based on the functional requirements of the high temperature gas cooled reactor for cable penetration through containment,and combined with the special environmental conditions of the high temperature gas cooled reactor and cable transmission,this paper carried out the key technology identification and study by using the method of technology readiness assessment and developed an electrical penetration assembly used in high temperature,high radiation environment and compact space.The paper focused on three key technologies,i.e.the overall structural design,shielding and thermal insulation components.Through qualification tests,it was proved that the assembly could meet the functional requirements of normal operation and accident condition within the expected qualification life.
