摘要
数字化转型是企业内需,也是企业顺应时代的必然要求。秦山核电基于自身发展战略,探索构建数字化转型方法,在方法指引下从数据赋能、流程重构、业务创新三层面阐述“无人仓”“智慧水务控制中心”“爱协作系统(i-Pass)”等数字化转型实践成果对秦山核电业务高效协同、降本增效的作用。
Digital transformation is not only the internal demand of enterprises,but also the inevitable requirement of enterprises adapting to the times.Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant is based on its own development strategy,explored and built a digital transformation method.Under the guidance of the method,from the three aspects of data empowerment,process reengineering and business innovation,this paper expounds the role of“self-service warehouse”“intelligent water control centre”,“i-Pass system”and other digital transformation practice achievements in the efficient collaboration,cost reduction and efficiency increase of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant.
