摘要
为保障救助船舶进行海上搜救时的自身安全,以交通运输部南海救助局常见的4类救助船舶为代表性船舶,考虑风、浪、流和能见度等主要影响因素,根据大量的专家问卷调查结果,基于模糊综合评价方法,建立救助船舶南海海上搜救风险评估模型,研究在不同气象海洋环境条件下,救助船舶在航行和实施救助过程中自身的风险程度。结果表明:该模型在南海的实例分析显示其效果良好,此方法可较好地对救助船舶的风险程度进行直观的描述,可有效地为搜救指挥和船舶驾驶提供决策参考服务。
The effects of wind,wave,visibility and current on 4 types of typical salvage ships in Nanhai Rescue Bureau are investigated through questionnaire.The risk assessment model for maritime search and rescue in South China Sea are built with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The degrees of risks posed on salvage ships under different weather and conditions are analyzed.
