摘要
2021年6月15日是俄罗斯医学家加夫里尔·阿布拉莫维奇·伊里扎洛夫(G.A.Ilizarov)百年诞辰,《中华骨与关节外科杂志》组稿并以专刊形式刊发20多篇有关Ilizarov技术的论文,以纪念他的理论和技术对推动中国医学发展、造福中国患者所作的贡献。本期Ilizarov专刊所刊发论文在一定程度上展现了Ilizarov技术在中国应用和本土转化后的成果。Ilizarov技术包括:张力应力法则、万能环式外固定器、微创手术方法、独树一帜的治疗流程以及师法自然的Ilizarov哲学思想。Ilizarov技术在中国本土转化后催生了新的整合学科——肢体重建外科,在宏观知识与技术层面完成了骨科学与其他学科交叉的融会贯通。Ilizarov技术在多个学科领域出现连续不断的技术突破与发现,预示着骨科学正走向进化为源、人性为本、应力调控、智慧为流的再生重建外科时代。截至目前,中国是应用Ilizarov技术最活跃的国家。2023年9月,第六届世界外固定肢体重建大会将在北京召开,本期Ilizarov专刊提供了国际同行了解中国矫形外科学进展的新文献。
June 15 of this year is the 100th birthday of the Russian medical scientist Gavriil Abramovitch Ilizarov(G.A.Ilizarov).Chinese Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery organized more than 20 articles on Ilizarov method in one issue to commemorate his contribution with his theory and technology to the development of Chinese medicine and benefit of Chinese patients.To a certain extent,these articles published in this issue showed the great achievements of application and transformation of Ilizarov method in China.Ilizarov method includes tension-stress law,universal ring external fixator,minimally invasive surgery,unique treatment process and Ilizarov’s philosophy of nature.After the transformation in China,a new integrated discipline,named Limb Reconstruction Surgery,was established,and the integration of orthopedics and other disciplines was completed at the macro level of knowledge and technology.Ilizarov method has made continuous technological breakthroughs and discoveries in many disciplines,which indicates that"orthopedics is moving towards the era of regenerative reconstruction surgery with evolution as the source,humanity as the foundation,stress regulation and wisdom as the flow".China is the most active country in the application of Ilizarov method right now.The sixth World Limb Reconstruction Congress(ASAMI-ILLRS&BR)will be held in Beijing in September 2023.This special issue of Ilizarov provides new literatures for international peers to understand the progress of orthopedics in China.
