BRFS计量泵自动加药系统在白音诺尔铅锌矿设计及应用

摘要 随着经济的不断发展,国家对矿产资源的需求越来越大,促使选矿厂不断扩大生产规模,改善生产工艺,满足经济和社会发展需要。赤峰中色白音诺尔矿业有限公司积极响应国家号召,对生产工艺进行改造,将处理量由当前的3000 t/d扩大到5000 t/d,其配套的工艺设备也进行相应的升级。然而,当前使用的电磁阀加药机由于药剂添加量不足、精度低等原因已经被停用,选矿厂迫切需要一种能够实现大流量药剂的添加、高精度高且小维护量的自动加药系统。为了解决选矿厂遇到的困难,矿冶科技集团有限公司与矿山技术人员根据选矿厂的实际需求设计了BRFS计量泵自动加药系统。该系统经过在选矿厂连续三个月的工业应用,较好地解决了药剂自动添加困难的问题,功能完全满足选矿厂的需求,为选矿厂带来了可观的经济效益。 With the development of the economy,the country’s demand for mineral resources is becoming more and more large,so that the processing plant will continuously expand the production scale and improve the production process to meet the needs of the economy and society.The Chifeng NFC Baiyinnuoer Mining Co.,Ltd.Actively respond to the national call to improve the process of the production of the production process,the amount of processing is expanded by the current 3000 t/d to 5000 t/d,and the corresponding process equipment will be upgraded accordingly.However,the current use of the electromagnetic valve reagent feeder system is disabled because of the lack of additive quantity and low accuracy,and the mining factory urgently needs a automatic reagent feeder system that can achieve the addition of the reagent,high precision and small maintenance quantity.In order to solve the difficulties encountered in the mining factory,BGRIMM has designed the BRFS metering pump reagent feader system based on the actual demand of the mining factory.The system has been used in the industrial application of the mining factory for three months,which has solved the problem of automatic addition of the reagent,which fully meets the needs of the processing plant and has brought considerable economic benefits to the processing plant.
