摘要
With unsolved differences in mediation practice betw een jurisdictions,expanding mediation inevitably relies on a developed international arbitration system.Combining mediation and arbitration is still considered a promising practice for current international dispute resolution,especially w hen adopting an international convention for enforcing settlement agreements is far-fetched in the current,increasing anti-globalism atmosphere.
