摘要
以2种国产和1种进口纤维素纤维为主要原料,利用Vally打浆机和盘磨机对不同原料进行打浆处理,分析打浆方式对不同原料的纤维形态及纸张性能的影响。结果表明,Vally打浆机处理后的国产A原料与进口原料纤维形态和成纸性能相近,国产B原料的成纸性能相对较差;分别经盘磨机和Vally打浆机处理后的纸张抗张强度随打浆度变化呈现不同的趋势,盘磨机打浆的纸张抗张强度呈提高趋势,Vally打浆机处理后的纸张抗张强度呈先提高后降低的趋势;盘磨机打浆制备的纸张强度高于Vally打浆机制备的纸张,且国产A原料制备的纸张的强度高于进口原料制备的纸张;打浆度80°SR时,盘磨机打浆的成纸平均孔径和最大孔径明显低于Vally打浆机制备的纸张;国产A原料替代进口原料制备隔膜纸具有可行性。
Two kinds of domestic and one kind of imported cellulose fibers were used as the main raw materials of separator paper.Different raw materials were beaten by Vally beater and disc mill.The effects of different beating methods on fiber morphology and paper properties of domestic and imported raw materials were analyzed.The results showed that the fiber and paper properties of domestic material A treated by Vally beater were similar to those of imported material,while the paper properties of domestic material B were relatively poor.As the beating degree increased,the tensile strength of the paper treated by disc mill and Vally beater showed different trends,the paper with dis mill pulp showed an increasing trend,while the paper with Vally beater pulp first increased and then decreased.The paper strength of disc mill pulp was higher than that of Vally beating,and the strength of paper from domestic material A was higher than that of imported raw material.When the beating degree was 80°SR,the average and maximum pore size of paper with disc mill pulp were significantly lower than that of Vally beating.The domestic material A is feasible to replace imported raw materials to prepare separator paper.
