摘要
目的研发可视化流程,为新型冠状病毒肺炎护理管理提供直观的信息、同质化的流程和标准,提高工作效率,加强防护,减少人力资源浪费。方法按照指南、专家会诊设计可视化流程,并通过现场调研,进行可视化流程的修订和调整,评价使用效果。结果通过可视化流程的指引,进入工作场所的医护人员明晰每一步操作流程及标准,使得各种工作质量标准和防护标准同质化,避免了慌乱,得到了心理上的支持,提高工作效率。结论可视化流程实现了信息的快速传递,在应激状态下,优势凸显,具有实用性和创新性。
Objective To study the visual flow for the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) nursing management to provide intuitive information,homogeneous process and standards,improve work efficiency,strengthen protection,reduce the waste of human resources. Methods According to the guidelines and expert consultation,we design and adjust the visualization process through field research and evaluate the effect. Results Through the guidance of visual process,medical staff entering the workplace clearly understand each step of the operating process and standards,so that the quality of work standards and protection standards become homogeneous,avoid panic,get psychological support,and improve work efficiency. Conclusion The visualization process realizes the rapid transmission of information. Under the stress state,the advantages are highlighted,and it is practical and innovative.
