摘要
目的观察气阴两虚型萎缩性胃炎应用资生养胃汤治疗的临床疗效。方法将中医辨证分型为气阴两虚型萎缩性胃炎患者50例分为两组,对照组给予抗幽门螺旋杆菌、黏膜保护剂等对症支持,观察组给予资生养胃汤治疗,均连续治疗12周,评估两组治疗效果,检查治疗前后TNF-α、IL-8炎症因子的改善情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的TNF-α、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具备统计学意义。结论气阴两虚型萎缩性胃炎应用资生养胃汤治疗,疗效显著,可有效消除炎症反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zisheng Yangwei Decoction in the treatment of atrophic gastritis with qi and yin deficiency.Methods 50 patients with atrophic gastritis of qi and yin deficiency type were divided into two groups.The control group was given symptomatic support for anti-Helicobacter pylori and mucosal protective agent.The observation group was given Zisheng Yangwei Decoction for continuous treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the improvement of TNF-αand IL-8 inflammatory factors before and after treatment was examined.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of Zisheng Yangwei Decoction in the treatment of atrophic gastritis with qi and yin deficiency is effective and can effectively eliminate the inflammatory reaction.
