摘要
目的探讨神经内科护理中脑卒康复护理的应用价值。方法以2018年1月至12月来本院接受治疗的96例脑卒患者作为本次研究对象,按患者入院顺序,等分为对照组和观察组。对照组按医院常规模式进行护理干预,观察组实施康复护理。对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组护理总有效率为95.83%,对照组护理总有效率为85.42%,对比结果有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者肢体运动评分(Fugl-Meyer)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活能力评分(Barthel)基本相同(P>0.05);护理后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,且Fugl-Meyer、Barthel评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.42%,对照组并发症发生率为33.33%,对比结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒疾病患者给予神经内科康复护理干预,有效改善了患者神经缺损程度,提高了患者的肢体运动能力和日常生活能力,临床护理效果显著。
Objective To explore the application value of rehabilitation nursing in neurology department.Methods 96 patients with cerebral palsy who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.The control group received nursing intervention according to the routine hospital model,while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.83%,and that in the control group was 85.42%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before nursing,the scores of Fugl-Meyer,NIHSS and Barthel of the two groups were basically the same(P>0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of Fugl-Meyer and Barthel were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.42%,and that in the control group was 33.33%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Neurological rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with cerebral palsy can effectively improve the degree of nerve defect,improve the ability of limb movement and daily life of patients.The clinical nursing effect is remarkable.
