摘要
目的对胆结石微创手术后结合肝胆结石片治疗胆结石的临床效果进行观察。方法采集时间为2018年1月至2019年5月于我院接受治疗的胆结石患者80例,通过随机表法分为40例对照组与40例实验组,其中对照组接受胆结石微创手术治疗,实验组接受胆结石微创手术后结合肝胆结石片治疗,对比两种治疗方法临床有效性。结果经过对比后,相较于对照组,实验组临床治疗有效率更高(P<0.05);术后30 d实验组总胆红素与血清丙氨酸基转移酶水平更低(P<0.05)。结论在胆结石临床治疗中,通过胆结石微创手术后结合肝胆结石片进行治疗,可取得更好的临床治疗效果,改善体内总胆红素与血清丙氨酸基转移酶水平,具备较高临床价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of gallstones combined with hepatolithiasis tablets in the treatment of gallstones after minimally invasive surgery.Methods Eighty patients with gallstones who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into 40 control groups and 40 experimental groups.The control group received gallstones.Minimally invasive surgery,the experimental group received gallstones minimally invasive surgery combined with hepatolithiasis tablets,comparing the clinical effectiveness of the two treatments.Results After comparison,the experimental group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).The total bilirubin and serum alanine transferase levels were lower in the experimental group at 30 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of gallstones,after the minimally invasive surgery of gallstones combined with hepatolithiasis tablets,better clinical treatment effect can be achieved,and the total bilirubin and serum alanine transferase levels in the body can be improved.Higher clinical value.
